Grupo Autopartes Rosario was established on March 14th, 2001 as a result of a program launched by the Secretariat of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Regional Development, which supported the foundation of exports groups.

Grupo Autopartes Rosario was established on March 14th, 2001 as a result of a program launched by the Secretariat of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Regional Development, which supported the foundation of exports groups.

Ever since, the companies in the group implemented quality management systems which they got certified under ISO 9001 standards. The companies in this consortium took part in the main trade fairs organized in this industry. They have also made important investments to develop their exports capacity. All these initiatives explain their access to new markets and the remarkable increase in their exports.

Since August 2004, the group changed its legal form to become a Business Collaboration Group, and it went on to export on behalf and request of two or more of its members. This new legal form enables the group to enter into contracts and perform purchases of goods and services jointly in order to contribute to achieve its main goal, developing its exports capacity, and to reduce costs as a result of the members' regular transactions. The new legal form adopted by the group proved the companies commitment to maintain a successful and sustainable partnership.
